Clarity also involves understanding the specific changes that are required from you in order to realize your desired future. Here is where sources of external data about your strengths, the factors required for your success, and the edges you need to expand in yourself in order to more fully represent the leader you want to become, play an integral role in your developmental journey.

Embracing and stepping into your power means accepting all of life in each moment, which leads to a deeper level of self-love and a fuller expression of self. As part of this effort, I help you develop a greater sense of emotional agility, which is essential to mastering your response to any challenge in life in a profound way.

To own your power also means that you take full responsibility for the circumstances of your life.  Even for those things that are outside your control, you own your response to them and know you have a sense of agency at all times in the choices you make regarding them.
